Your Homeowner’s Association operates solely on funds received from monthly assessments (dues) which are required by the recorded CC&Rs for the development. These funds do several things for your community. If you wish to get an idea of what the association’s expenses are, please review the budget on the Documents page. Please remember that the budget is an estimate of expenses only. Owners of record who wish to review expenses more specifically may make an appointment with management to “take a look at the books”.
Thank you for paying your assessments in a timely manner… your neighbors appreciate it.
If you have any trouble paying for your assessments, PLEASE contact the management company IMMEDIATELY to make payment arrangements.
